Mr Dorrit returns to Venice, a broken man, after a visit to London revives unwelcome memories. Arthur warns his mother that she may be in danger from Rigaud. And Amy and Arthur meet again.

Mr Dorrit leaves Amy behind in Venice as he returns to London with newlyweds Fanny and Sparkler, but the high life is not all he had hoped it would be. Meanwhile, Arthur invests Doyce and Clennam’s capital in Merdle’s Bank, and Flora investigates the disappearance of Rigaud.

In retirement John Adams laments the perils of a long life; loss of loved ones and growing irrelevance. But out of tragedy John rekindles his broken friendship with Thomas Jefferson and lives to discuss John Quincy’s ambitious presidential agenda with him.

Following the peace treaty with England President Adams struggles to avoid war with France despite pressure from his Federalist cabinet and French provocation. John finds the price of peace to his career and the price of his long career of public service to his family is indeed high.

John Adams chaffs under the mantle of Vice President for its utter lack of authority and responsibility. Despite his abhorrence of the divisiveness of political parties John is drawn to the Federalist camp favoring a strong executive. Divisions even reach into the President’s cabinet, exacerbated by war in Europe.

Having reached Baghdad, Bravo Team is shocked at the size of the city; while First Recon begin doing their daily patrols in Baghdad, they find out the obstacles that they and the Iraqis face is much greater than they could ever think of.

First Recon get their next mission, which is to help escort the Iraqi civilians leaving Baghdad from a nearby highway, while trying to help them flee, the men see the humanity in the Iraqi civilians; First Recon come to the realization that since Baghdad is the next stop for American and Coalition forces, their war is almost at a close.

First Recon get their orders to cross a local Iraqi bridge, which gives them their first chance to use local Iraqi citizens. As First Recon gets closer to the bridge, they are ambushed.

Bad Horse has insisted that only a murder will get Doctor Horrible into the Evil League of Evil, and now that Captain Hammer is dating Penny it seems that his death would be the perfect choice. Will our villain pull off his dastardly plan? And what will Penny think of him if he succeeds?

After accidentally introducing Penny and Captain Hammer in the first place, Dr. Horrible is devastated that they seem pretty close. He concentrates on his freeze ray heist but after another setback, Bad Horse insists on a special demonstration of evil.

Dr. Horrible is a low-rent super-villain whose main goal is to get into the Evil League of Evil. In his online video blog he talks about his arch-nemesis Captain Hammer and Penny, a girl from the laundromat that he admires from a distance.
